CS1900 is a compound for sealing firewall structures. It is elastomeric at operating temperatures from -65F to 400F and able to withstand flash temperatures of 2000F. Shelf life 12 months. Stored below 800F.
Surface Preparation
Surfaces should be clean, free from dirt, and grease. Surfaces should be solvent wiped with M.E.K. or Acetone and wiped dry.
Mixing Instructions
To 100 parts by weight of Part A add 2.5 parts by weight of Part B. Mix well to uniform consistency.
Application
CS1900 may be thinned with ketone solvents and applied by pressure gun or spatula, although sealant is used as received for most applications.
