CS3206 B1/6 is a two-part manganese cured Quick Repair Sealant designed for field repairs to airframes, fuel tanks and pressure cabins. The material bonds excellently to all cured polysulfides, as well as aluminum, steel, and other substrates.
The material is engineered to affect repairs with a minimum out of service time. CS3206 provides a 10-minute work life, two-hour tack free, and full cure in six hours.
Surface Preparation
To obtain good adhesion, the surfaces must be dry and free of all traces of oil, wax, grease, dirt or other contamination. The solvent blend selected should address the contaminiation present on the substrate to receive the sealing compound.
Mixing Instructions
To 100 parts by weight of Part A add 17 parts by weight of Part B. Mix well to uniform consistency.
